For one of those projects, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver a technology project in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

100% remote position for people located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Act as a servant leader to agile teams, fostering a proactive, collaborative and high-performing environment. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, adapting to changing priorities as needed. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables. Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project status. Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across teams. Drive innovation and best practices in project delivery, leveraging experience with AI technologies when applicable. Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Mandatory requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology-driven environments. Strong expertise in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Demonstrated experience as a team leader, with a focus on collaboration and empowerment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a C1 level of English proficiency. Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for project tracking and management. Delivery-focused mindset with a strong ability to manage competing priorities. Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development processes. Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments. Desired experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred experience with OpenAI technologies or similar AI projects. Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
