Job Description Develop Agile Sales Adoption Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating Agile practices into the sales process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Agile Sales Coach is responsible for driving the successful adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies within the Sales and Account Management Team. This role will empower Sales and Account Management Team to embrace Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and adaptability to achieve optimal sales performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop Agile Sales Adoption Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating Agile practices into the sales process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Implement Agile Sales Methodology: Guide sales teams in adopting Agile frameworks, ceremonies, and tools, promoting effective communication, transparency, and iterative progress.

Coach and Mentor: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales professionals, fostering a deep understanding of Agile principles and their application to sales scenarios.

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement Agile techniques to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with sales leaders, managers, and team members, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Stay Current: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agile methodologies, industry trends, and sales best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience in Business, sales or a related field, with demonstrated success in Agile implementation and coaching

Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their practical application in sales environment

Analytical mindset with experience utilizing data to track progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embracing change and adapting strategies as needed

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management, Engineering  or a related field.

Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Mgmt. Institute (PMI/PMP) Certification

ITIL V4 Certification is a plus

Business Analytics or Science is a plus
