The COO business plays a crucial role within Workplace Operations & Supply Chain, acting as the backbone of our operations. We are responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational management driven programs. We work closely with teams across our functions to develop and implement our strategic goals across our businesses. Our team is responsible for strategic business planning, organizational governance, program execution management, employee engagement and change management leadership. 

We are looking for an Agile Scrum Leader / Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing scrum ceremonies, impediments and coaching our teams in agile practices. You will ensure that our teams adhere to Scrum principles, support our Product Mangers with backlog management and promote continuous improvement. You will play a key role in managing team dynamics, resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment.
We’ll Trust You To:Demonstrate fundamental knowledge and competency in Agile scrum practices to help teams develop an agile mindsetFacilitate the delivery of cross-functional product initiatives within their respective product scrum teamsPartner with Product Owners (POs) to ensure vision, roadmap and assisting with backlog management, product goals and facilitating stakeholder collaboration, product increment planning to deliver value & drive accountabilityAssist teams in understanding the "why" behind the practices and Agile frameworks, to promote and increase agilityFacilitate meetings and discussions including scrum events, general scrum onboarding for new team members, effective user story writing, and feature planningPerform ongoing assessments of the teams' agile maturity, reflect, adapt and implement as neededCoach our scrum and product teams on delivering value (business benefits, objectives, success measures)Help teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing their predictability, collaboration and quality practices, applying a user centric approach for delivering products and servicesGovern the timely completion of quarterly accomplishments and confirm alignment against business goals & objectivesLead quarterly planning sessions with POs and Scrum Teams, to support curation of roadmaps and quarterly planningEmbody a leadership style of serving others, promote team empowerment, and collaborative engagementsDemonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and ability to cultivate a learning culture within the organizationManage sprints, impediments and dependencies within the scrum teams and represent teams’ progress at scrum of scrumsBuild a foundation for a culture that practices empathy, fosters accountability and empowers diverse points of viewUnderstand the impact of Agile Frameworks on Scrum Teams, Product, and the organizationHave an open-minded approach that welcomes feedback from peers, coaches, and team-membersFostering relationships within the organization that are built on a foundation of trust to create psychological safetyProactively navigate change activities in collaboration with the Program Manager and Change ManagerYou’ll Need to Have:5+ years project management delivery experience, leading technical SDLC system implementationsDemonstrate 5+ years in applying Agile Scrum framework, leading scrum ceremonies to drive deliveryAbility to engage and influence teams to take ownership of sprint activities to drive accountabilityAbility to network across teams to capture interdependencies, resolve impediments and actionsExperience in helping enhance scrum team agility / maturity and cultivate a continuous improvement mindsetCuriosity, good judgement and a desire to succeed in a fast paced, innovating and entrepreneurial environmentA leadership style of supporting others and encouraging collaborative environment and working with Product LeadershipOutstanding written and verbal communications skills and an ability to work independently, stay resilient and remain adaptableHighly organized, good problem-solving skills, working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Rally, or AzureMS Office 365, skills to support the development of presentations and use data to drive decisions
We’d Love to See
Agile Scrum Certification (CSM, A-CSM), or Project Management Certification (PMI)Certified Continuous Improvement Manager (CCIM), Certified CCMI Professional, Six Sigma SSGI or equivalentKnowledge and/or experience in operating within scaled Agile frameworksHands on experience where you led continuous improvements initiatives to drive and meet business outcomesDemonstrate hands on experience with operational process improvement and/or project management experience working with software development or operational teams Salary Range = 135000 - 180000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
