Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Scrum Master in Westlake, TX. Key Tasks: * Encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms and routines, and supporting overall Squad performance and efficiency * Agile/Scrum Fundamentals * Agile enabling tools like Jira/Jira Align * Identify team improvement opportunities and look externally for best practices to support continuous improvement * Facilitating and coordinating logistics for Agile routines and practices (e.g., Backlog Refinement, Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives) * Ensuring healthy backlogs are maintained and accurately balanced across team members * Producing, maintaining, updating, and explaining process metrics and artifacts to ensure understanding of how efficiently and effectively Squads are operating, and accurate and clear communications to Squads and their partners * Partnering with other Scrum Masters and working across multiple Squads contributing to the same initiatives * Working in a technology delivery environment
