We are a forward-thinking team dedicated to enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement. We are looking for an experienced Agility Master to join our dynamic team and help us implement agile frameworks, manage projects, and facilitate workshops.

RESPONSIBILITIES Implement agile frameworks and act as an agile coachManage project activities including strategy, budget, timeline, scope, and resourcesFacilitate workshops and elaborate development plansManage backlogs and collaborate with product managers on product family organization strategiesOrganize team-building activities and actively participate in the company's agile communityDirectly manage a team and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as an Agility Master or similar roleStrong background in project management and agile methodologiesExcellent facilitation and coaching skills.Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.Certifications in SCRUM Master and Design Thinking Facilitator are a plusStrong communication skills in both Spanish and EnglishDegree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldAdditional certifications in Scrum and design thinking or Customer Experience are advantageous.Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile coachingExperience in facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional teams.BENEFITS Responsibility from day one in a challenging work environment and "on-the-job" training as part of a committed team.Adequate compensation according to your qualifications and experience • A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.Learning and development opportunities23 holidays per yearAnother 5 days (readjustments days) and 2 days (cultural days)A collaborative, trustful and innovative work environmentBeing part of an international team and work in global projectsRelocation assistance to Madrid providedAt BASF, the chemistry is right.
