AGRC UK Leader The AGRC UK Leader role will require focus across client and operational excellence and talent and growth priorities. Achieving our budget commitments across the Practice Groups represented in the UK will require strong leadership handling complexity across the team but also running a programme of change management focused on working smarter and not harder. As set out in our 3X3 Plan, we need to keep the clients we have and do more with them as well as win new clients. AGRC is pivotal to helping our clients and prospects understand what risk they should keep, what they should spend money mitigating and what they should transfer out to the market. The UK Leader role is required to ensure we help clients prove the maths behind their risk financing and risk management strategy decision making and linking in with the rest of Aon to ensure we bring our best to their needs at all times through our Client Model framework. The AGRC UK Leader will be a member of the AGRC EMEA Leadership team and the Aon CRS UK Leadership. AGRC country leaders are the local advocates for the AGRC value proposition working with all local CRS leadership to drive value creation. The role works closely with the AGRC Practice Group Leaders to ensure that the AGRC teams are structured and resourced effectively in order deliver Practice Group content. What the day will look like Execution of the documented strategies for the achievement of the Practice Group business objectives including the appropriate resourcing of the business. Implement a structure to plan and handle the business revenues, credit control and profitability of the business to support achievement of budget for all Practice Groups in country. Ensure appropriate MI is up to date on a monthly basis for MBRs including utilisation of the team Lead projects through to settlement of invoices in accordance with Aon's working capital objectives and with no appetite for the creation of provisions for bad/aged debt Bring client insight and leverage client relationships to lead and drive the wider Aon team to identify and act on leads & opportunities across Solution Lines. Bring urgency to ‘Just one thing, make the client introduction’ and so ensure at least one new Solution Line colleague introduction to each relevant client. Deliver all of Aon to our clients. Communicate about and engage with team members on the 3x3 Plan to drive implementation in my area of responsibility Embrace and role model the Aon United values and behaviours through the Inclusive People Leadership standards focused on enabling colleagues feel more relevant, more connected and more valued. Lead direct reports so they can meet their personal and businesses objectives. Actively appraise, lead and coach staff to support their business goals, personal development and meet T&C requirements with outputs appropriately documented within specified timeframes. Represent and advocate for AGRC UK at the leadership level Skills and experience that will lead to success Given the broad skills of the UK team the leader will need to have had a varied exposure to risk consulting teams across their career to date and the experience to back this up with specific examples of how they can lead the team today and into the future.
