We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agreement Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic Marine Power Agreements team. This position can be based in Florida, Texas, or Virginia.
What will you be doing
As an Agreement Delivery Coordinator you will work closely with assigned team to support contract execution. This includes taking a proactive approach to ordering and delivering parts, preparing tools shipments, and coordinating workshop components so that planned maintenance activities can be completed on time and without any obstacles. This requires continuous communication with the customer as well as other Wartsila departments and networks. While reacting timely to customer requests, maintaining cost efficiency is also required.
As an Agreement Delivery Coordinator, you will focus on these responsibilities:
Coordination of workshop services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Coordinates activities within budget and provides cost estimates for jobs each month
Timely and accurate reaction to assigned contractual customer requests
Works with customer to coordinate logistics of components to/from vessel and workshops globally.
Works with Wartsila teams to implement prepared scheduled overhauls. Assigns workshop locations. Works with workshops to get the components overhauled in time.
Works with vendors to arrange PO's when applicable. Review and approval of internal and supplier invoices for the coordinated activities. Initiates disputes when necessary
Keeps track of all ongoing activities, follows up to ensure no delays; ensures components arrive to destinations
Work closely with assigned contract team. Actively updates the contract manager of any important issues.
Problem solving, claim handling while ensuring Wartsila complies with its contractual requirements.
Proper record keeping of activities and contractual requirements, such as workshop status report, service work reports
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have/be:
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field.
A minimum of two years of experience and a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the heavy equipment industry.
For candidates located outside of Florida, travel may be required for up to 20% of their work hours.
Experience with SAP and Service Work Force is a plus.
Ability to be decisive and to focus on achieving results.
Ability to think quickly under pressure.
Proactively plan for jobs.
Able to keep overview of many ongoing activities at once.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent communication skills with customer and internally with team and other departments.
