Job Description

Position Summary: The Agreement Manager is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and approving Special Price Requests utilizing data analytics generated from DGS within an Industry Affinity model and within Delegation of Authority Limits. As directed by the relevant Global Agreements Manager and with moderate supervision, this individual will utilize standard analytical tools, Policies & Procedures to drive data driven decisions when approving and/or renewing Customer Special Price Agreements.

You will report to the Global Long-term Agreement Manager, and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:Utilize data-driven analytics with DGS to review special pricing requests within Delegation of Authority limits and Internal Control procedures.Communicate with Sales, Distributors, Product and Business Unit Managers for the purposes of escalating Special Price Requests and provide data-driven facts to support your recommendationRenew Customer Long-term Pricing Agreements and associated Agreement ModificationsImplement Outlier Management initiatives within shared guidelinesAnalyze data and make pricing recommendations for temporary, project related agreementsAchieve Price Variance goalsSupport Sales in the execution of negotiations

Exhibit data-driven decision in pricing business case.Demonstrate pricing knowledge and make fact-based recommendationsCreate data supported business cases when escalating pricing recommendations for management and Business Unit reviewCommunicate with and present to all levels of internal and external customersAct with dynamic and discipline approach when closing customer opportunities

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree (preferred: Data Analysis, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Finance)2+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling within an industrial business-to-business environment or equivalent educational or job-related experience
