This is a salaried/exempt position with an annual estimated salary of $76,544.00 which will be based on a candidate’s work history and experience.
Review, organize and update various grant information spreadsheets, records and files. Respond to numerous PIs and Grantee Institutions' inquiries regarding grant matters (e.g. funding, reporting, budget, no-cost extensions, etc.). Work with program managers and NSSC Grant Office to facilitate the funding/award process of new and existing grants. Work with project and resources managers regarding commitment/obligation/costs phasing plans. Support the development of research solicitations and the review of scientific and technology proposals that are received. Track, verify status and monitor the progress of grants and cooperative agreements including the preparation and coordination of grant materials and required resources.
Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree, within related discipline from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience; plus five years of applicable experience.
