Agresso Support Analyst, UK South, Up to £60K



A well established client is going through the process of significant improvement plans within their Agresso (Unit4) ERP systems and we are looking for you. You will join a small team of 3/4 people with a like-minded attitude towards challenging themselves, improving their skills and building their career within the business.



We are looking for an Agresso Support Analyst ideally with good finance knowledge. You will have hands-on experience improving and developing the Agresso ERP (Unit4) system across a variety of modules.



Day to day expectations includes providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, liaising with super users, making improvements, upgrades and migrations to the cloud.



About your skills/ experience:

* At least 2+ years' experience utilising Agresso (Unit4)
* Managing ERP upgrades and improvement initiatives, including modular implementations
* 1st, 2nd & 3rd line Support experience
* SQL and script-writing skills



Nice to have skills/experience:

* Leadership experience - Mentoring/training, Team management
* Finance background, preferably finance-qualified



This is a good opportunity for someone with strong Agresso knowledge to continue developing their technical skills and gain experience leading Agresso project delivery in a hands-on setting.
