Agronomy Warehouse Manager Job Details Job Location Havre Agronomy - Havre, MT Position Type Full Time Description The purpose of this position is to assist the location manager in a variety of tasks to make Mountain View Co-op (MVC) a successful operation. The Warehouse Manager must maintain a positive and cooperative attitude that promotes teamwork, integrity, honesty, and helpfulness. All employees must embrace and exhibit MVC’s philosophy and culture of customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES + Establish and maintain a positive customer service experience. + Establish and maintain a positive experience for MVC customers, clients, and vendors, through professional interpersonal interactions. + Manage warehouse inventory, including shipping, receiving, transfers, and grower invoicing. + Assist with logistics and scheduling of deliveries to customers. + Maintain and repair delivery trucks, facilities, equipment, and tools in order to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness. + Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. + Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and operation of the facility. + Maintain storage areas to ensure inventory is protected. + Perform all job duties and related tasks in an efficient and timely manner. + Practice and encourage workplace safety. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge and understanding of: + Basic math and invoicing + MVC products and purposes + Safety rules, procedures, and practices Ability to: + Establish effective working relationships with management, co-workers, and the general public. + Report to work on-time and as scheduled. + Maintain inventory for the facility. + Read work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. + Communicate effectively with others in both technical and non-technical terms. + Work varied shifts and days as required of the position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Experience: + High School diploma or GED + Equipment operation License/Certification: + Forklift Certification or ability to obtain is preferred + Valid Driver’s License issued by the State of Montana
