Position Responsibilities:
Primary finance contact and support for AMNA Field Service Team for AMNA accounts:
Manage Quarterly/Annual Forecast Cycle including Profit & Loss Consolidation & Reporting requirements. Drive Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) through tracking new tool shipments, tool warranty end dates, and existing/new contract data. Maintain & track tool counts and review Serviceable Available Market (SAM). Prepare all financial data for internal business reviewsWork with Field Service on Quarterly Headcount Planning & Resource OptimizationMonitor and provide regular reporting of WIP, TES, inventory, fixed assets, & depreciation Work with Field Service, Sales, and Business Development on all new business penetration & contract renewal deals. Analyze and provide input on contract deals, including product offering, pricing, revenue per tool, & cost/margin assumptions. Review orders data to ensure all required documentation is provided for orders recognitionMonitor & analyze contract financial performance to identify any distressed contractsQualifications:
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field5+ years of experience in job offered or related fieldStrong Accounting/Finance skillsStrong influencing and customer relationship skillsProven competencies in communications and problem-solvingAdvanced Microsoft Office tool knowledgeExperience with SAP preferredExperience working in the semiconductor manufacturing industry a strong plusTravel requirement: Minimal

$124,000.00 - $170,500.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
