**DESCRIPTION**
**Job Summary:**
Comprehensive knowledge applied to performing skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Works with relevant functions to select and utilize appropriate resources, tools, machinery and specialty equipment. Thoroughly understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others. Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**

Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

**Maintenance Technician (Automated Guided Vehicules)**
**Job description:**
The Maintenance Technician applies advanced knowledge to troubleshoot, assemble, install, test, maintain and upgrade electrical systems on industrial equipment. He/she coordinates with other team members and responds quickly to changes in the manufacturing environment, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with quality and safety standards.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Identify and report work-related hazards.
+ Comply with regulations and participate in HSE training.
+ Apply protocols for safe work with electricity and other energy sources.
+ Minimize negative environmental impact associated with maintenance activities.
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and automation equipment.
+ Comply with applicable codes and standards for the installation and operation of electrical systems.
+ Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities according to production objectives.
+ Identify and eliminate restrictions in manufacturing processes.
+ Propose and Implement improvements to automation and industrial equipment to optimize operations.
+ Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
+ Provide technical support and act as a resource for other less experienced members.
+ Create basic maintenance documentation and train other team members to perform TPM
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area, fulfilling assigned tasks.
+ Manage spare parts stock availability for specific industrial equipment.
**Responsibilities**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Previous experience in electrical maintenance.
+ Interpretation of electrical diagrams and use of diagnostic tools.
+ Advanced use of computers for technical and administrative tasks.
