Job Purpose Manage and coordinate all deployment and change activities to enable high availability and high productivity of the AHS product in operations. Deployments will be diverse in location, technologies, scope and deliverables and require the expertise of a dedicated Project Manager to deliver world class experiences and outcomes for our customers. Travel Requirements Up to 25% Job Duties and Responsibilities + Provide world class service to customers operating AHS and integrated technologies + Scope, initiate, execute and close projects safely on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction. + Identify impacts of change both internally and within customer operations, ensuring impacts are mitigated and well managed to drive adoption of the technologies + Identify project risks, both human and project risks and ensure remedies are in place to address. + Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery is achieved + Manage revenue, costs and scope creep. + Negotiate variations or changes. + Provide leadership and mentoring the projec team members + Highly detailed reporting on progress, risks, budget and changes Required Skills + Bachelor’s degree in related field. + Project Management Professional certification preferred. + 3+ years of experience in project management. + Ability to travel up to 25%. + Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders (internal and external) to generate the most benficial outcomes + Customer focus experience Desired Skills + Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Komatsu is an Equal Opportunity Workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
