You will work with neural network frameworks like Pytorch and ONNX, extend our neural net engine to support the latest and SOTA DNNs(GenAI/ADAS/Cockpit) emerging from the research community and industry, and optimize for Qualcomm next generation hardware acceleration cores (Hexagon DSP/Adreno GPU/CPU). **Minimum Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. • 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. **The work scope includes but not limit to:** + Support model quantization accuracy tuning and optimizations + Practices on quantization aware training and post-training quantization. + Co-work with global team on new feature design and implementation. + Development and accuracy bug fix in Qualcomm Neural Network SDK (QNN/AIMET) + GenAI model quantization accuracy tuning and deployment on Qualcomm silicon. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Some experience with real-world ADAS model tuning on quantization accuracy. + Familiar with torch/onnxruntime quantization framework and technical details, have QAT experience with relevant framework is a plus . + Familiarity with common model quantization algorithms. + Experience in tuning and analysis the quantization accuracy of LLM/VLM/MLLM models. + Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, written). + Ability to collaborate across a globally diverse team, have a good sense of responsibility and teamwork. + Experienced with Python and C++ programming. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experienced with model accuracy analysis and problem solving, debugging. + Enthusiasm in machine learning technology. Hand-on experience in design/implementation of deep learning networks via modern frameworks. + Familiar with fixed-point quantitative algorithms and implementation. + More training-based finetune experience, such as Knowledge Distillation (KD), MoE with Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Data Augmentation for LLMs, and Prompt Engineering. + Familiar with popular ADAS algorithms is a plus.
