AI & Process Improvement Manager 

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing strategies to optimize operations and achieve better outcomes. Works closely with different departments to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies that streamline operations.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Analyze existing processes: Identify areas where inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement exist.  Develop improvement strategies: Create and implement process improvement plans using methodologies utilizing AI. Lead cross-functional teams: Manage and guide departments leads to execute process improvement projects effectively.  Implement and monitor changes: Ensure new processes are implemented successfully and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.  Communicate with stakeholders: Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment and gather feedback on process improvements.  Train and mentor: Educate team members on process improvement methods and best practices.  Prepare reports and recommendations: Develop and present reports on project progress and recommendations for improvement to senior management.  Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in process improvement.  Document and maintain process flow: Ensure that process documentation is accurate and organized. 

 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

     •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering

     •  5-7 years’ of Experience in process improvement or project management

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.  Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve process issues.  Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.  Project management skills: Ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.  Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.  Knowledge of process improvement methodologies: Familiarity with techniques utilizing AI Technical skills: Proficiency in using process mapping tools and data analysis software.  Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in process improvement, operations, or related fields.
