Kforce has a client in Lincoln, RI that is seeking an AI Center Delivery Lead. Responsibilities: * Serving as the Technical Product Owner and Scrum Master on AI-related projects * Defining the project charter and definition of done for projects with a business analysis mindset to set the project team up for success * Curating business requirements and turning them into user stories in Jira for consumption by the development team * Having a servant leadership mindset and working to support the Scrum team * Scheduling all Scrum ceremonies and helping to remove blockers * The agile delivery of projects, ensuring that they meet the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget on a monthly release cadence * Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables are met * Testing solutions prior to production and facilitating user testing/feedback sessions * Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies, as needed * Communicating progress, risks, and issues, and providing regular status updates * Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations * Continuously improving delivery processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
