How you make a difference
As an AI Creative Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how we approach creative content development by harnessing the power of AI technologies. Your key responsibilities include:
Supporting marketing teams in creating innovative content using AI technologies.Designing and producing creative content such as voiceovers, animations, and motion graphics with AI tools.Developing and implementing creative directions that embrace AI-driven methods and solutions.Educating and mentoring internal stakeholders on effectively using AI tools for content creation.Continuously exploring, experimenting, and improving marketing content and strategies by integrating AI tools and mediums.Staying up to date with the latest developments in AI technologies, particularly in creative fields.Your team
As an AI Creative Specialist, you’ll be part of the Corporate Marketing team, collaborating closely with various departments, including content creation, design, and digital marketing. In this role, you’ll work alongside innovative professionals dedicated to delivering impactful campaigns. You’ll report directly to the Director of Corporate Marketing (CM) and contribute to shaping the future of our marketing efforts by integrating AI-driven creativity into our strategies.

As our new AI Creative Specialist, you bring a strong understanding of and passion for AI technologies. You have an exceptional ability to conceptualize and bring creative ideas to life using AI tools. Your excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to simplify complex AI concepts, making them accessible to diverse audiences.
We also request:
A completed WO/master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or in a related field.A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a creative specialist, designer, content creator, or in a similar role, with proven expertise in using AI tools in the last few years to develop innovative and engaging creative content.A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, AI-powered creative projects.A good command of the Dutch and English language at a professional level.A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in AI technologies.
