This is a very strategic opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and deploy AI models for churn prediction, campaign optimization, and direct-to-customer engagement. + Utilize data science techniques to surface insights and optimize marketing campaigns. + Implement agentic AI solutions to improve operational processes, such as voice agents for content collection, reducing time and cost. + Implement agentic AI solution for Sales use-cases, e.g. prospecting, client retention, Sales Development Rep Agent, Business Development Rep Agent + Enhance website development and search capabilities, with a focus on reducing time-to-market and optimizing image management. + Collaborate with marketing teams to identify AI opportunities that drive sales growth and margin improvement. + Design, develop, and deploy AI models using AWS services such as Lambda, ensuring scalability and performance. + Monitor, analyze, and optimize model performance to ensure business impact and ROI. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. + Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a focus on marketing and operational optimization. + Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Cursor or similar frameworks.
