AI/DS Business Development Manager (m/f/d) - Central Europe

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead our corporate sales initiatives in the Central Europe region. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of AI and Data Science workstations, a proven track record in corporate sales, and a passion for technological advancements. You will be developing strategies and tactics to help build sales pipeline.

This is a remote position anywhere within the Central Europe Region.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape within CEE AI/DS segment.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive the company's AI solutions into new markets and industries.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams, and customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer journey alignment with our AI offerings.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives, meet revenue targets, and contribute to the overall financial success of the company by promoting AI products and services.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of AI/DS solutions into the market.

Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key players in the AI ecosystem, fostering collaborative opportunities.

Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and stay informed about AI trends and developments.

Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on business development activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Product/Solution Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our AI and Data Science solutions, demonstrating technical expertise during sales interactions.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on AI, Data Science, or related technology sectors.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of AI/DS technologies and their applications.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to acquire new customers.

Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel as required.

Fluent knowledge of both English and German language.
