JOB PURPOSE:
As part of our initiative to start an Innovation Centre of Excellence for Sustainability in Singapore, we are looking for passionate and quick-thinking individual, in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, and be responsible to develop cutting-edge solutions and drive AI solutions to empower management for better decision. This successful candidate needs to work with cross-functional teams to design, implement and optimize AI models and applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn and understand WSI Sourcing business workflow and data requirements. In the capacity as an AI business partner, design, develop and deploy AI and machine learning models within the organization. Develop and implement data collection techniques where needed. Identify, analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure quality and readiness for model training. Continuously monitor and improve model performance, accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications. Evaluate and define new process improvement opportunities
JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Mathematics At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Data Science Familiar with AI/ML frameworks and libraries. Experience with at least one programming languages, including Python, C# Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques would be advantages Experience with the implementation of Large Language Models and reinforcement learning will be preferred. Familiar with supply chain concepts and best practices is a plus. Proficient in data automation as well as intelligent document processing
