Position Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy automated solutions using AI and ML technologies to streamline business processes and drive business outcomes. Integrate with various APIs to incorporate data from external sources and enable seamless data flows within the organization. Develop and implement efficient algorithms and workflows using programming languages such as JavaScript and Python to automate business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. Effectively communicate technical designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in Scrum/Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure the successful delivery of automated solutions. Troubleshoot and debug automated solutions to identify and resolve issues and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of automated solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization to ensure optimal business outcomes. Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years experience working with databases like Oracle or SQL Server and programming with SQL and/or stored procedures Experience working with cloud-based services, Ansible, or any configuration management tool Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
