Are you an AI Engineer eager to launch a high-impact career? BCG X, Boston Consulting Group’s specialist AI and analytics team, is recruiting Graduate AI Engineers to join us in 2025/2026.
As an AI Engineer at BCG X, you’ll tackle complex business challenges by designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. You’ll work on real-world problems, leverage state-of-the-art AI techniques, and gain hands-on experience with scalable AI architectures, model optimization, and deep learning frameworks.
At BCG X, your expertise in AI and engineering will be central to high-impact consulting projects. You'll collaborate with world-class colleagues, work with top-tier clients, and contribute to building AI-driven solutions that transform industries. Our fast-paced, high-performance environment ensures you’ll grow rapidly—both technically and professionally—while working on AI innovations that shape the future of business.
As part of BCG X, you’ll develop AI-powered products, optimize ML models for production, and bridge the gap between research and deployment. You’ll also contribute to both BCG and the broader AI engineering community by sharing best practices, engaging in cutting-edge research, and pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve.

Technical Skills
Strong programming skills in Python (and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).Proficiency in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.Experience in scalable AI systems, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.Extra-Curricular Activities
Participation in AI hackathons, Kaggle competitions, open-source projects, or AI-related research.Leadership in university clubs, tech meetups, or other initiatives that showcase innovation and problem-solving skills.Academic Credentials
You should be in your final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies or have already graduated, with no more than 1-3 years of work experience.Work Eligibility
