If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** * Extract insights from complex datasets, both structured (SQL databases) and unstructured (NoSQL databases, text files, images, etc.), to drive business decisions and strategies. * Utilize Neo4j as the primary graph database for complex data relationships and queries, leveraging its query language, Cypher, for efficient data exploration and analysis. * Develop and maintain software systems that integrate AI capabilities, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. * Conduct research to identify new data sources, and create data pipelines to extract, clean, and transform raw data into structured formats for analysis (leveraging Python) * Document and present findings **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Data Scientist. * Proficient in Python, with experience in other programming languages such as Java or C++. * Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and principles. * Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, and familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is preferred. * Expertise in Neo4j and Cypher for graph database management and querying. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git). * Fluent in both English and Romanian **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience in software engineering, including design, development, testing, and deployment of applications. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
