As our AI Finance and Business Operations Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in integrating AI and data analytics tools into our finance operations. Your expertise will help us streamline processes, uncover valuable insights, and make data-driven decisions that propel our business forward.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as LAIC, LM AI Factory, Cross-BA Enterprise-wide Collaboration, and FAST to develop and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance our F&BO operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Seek opportunities to improve and innovate our F&BO business processes by leveraging AI technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest modern AI technologies and trends to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization.
• Develop and implement AI models to enhance financial forecasting, risk management, and decision-making.
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Optimize finance processes by automating repetitive tasks and improving efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience in AI development and implementation.

A solid background in finance, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.

Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and computer vision.

Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions

AI Algorithm and Coding

Data Analytics

Proven experience in AI and data analytics, including proficiency in tools like Python, R, C+ and SQL.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
