Tario (available at www.tario.ai) is an Agentic AI-powered sales outreach platform designed to function like a top-performing SDR (Sales Development Representative). It automates personalized, multi-channel outreach with precision and context, primarily targeting enterprise sales teams.It acts proactively like a digital sales rep—it understands goals, makes decisions, adjusts strategies, and engages prospects autonomously. It’s built to deliver continuous, nuanced communication that adapts in real time.We are looking for a skilled and driven AI Engineer with hands-on experience in implementing real-world AI solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Proven experience in end-to-end AI implementation Strong hands-on expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) Demonstrated ownership of at least 2 AI use cases — from design to deployment Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams Develop and implement AI solutions leveraging expertise in Analytics and Data Mining across Web, Social, and Big Data platforms. Good understanding and implementation of Generative AI for content generation, creative applications, and problem-solving across various domains. Work as the data strategist, identifying and integrating new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities and work closely with the engineering team to strategize and execute the development of data products. Utilize Machine Learning techniques for pattern recognition and inference to enhance existing products and develop new strategic initiatives. Solving complex problems with multi-layered data sets, as well as optimizing existing machine learning libraries and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics into product development processes. Apply Statistical Modeling and Econometrics to analyze data and derive actionable insights for quantitative marketing strategies and to make predictions based on historical data. Contribute to the design and optimization of Large Scale Distributed Systems and Cloud Computing infrastructure. Enhance user experience through Human-Computer Interaction principles and Information Visualization techniques.
