Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a AI Innovation Portfolio Manager M/F (f/m) to join our team based in Marignane, France.

The Digital Innovation (DI) Artificial Intelligence Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the AI innovation projects portfolio, from operations/business efficiency to products and services, ensuring successful delivery within quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Additionally, the Digital Innovation (DI) Artificial Intelligence Portfolio Manager will ensure seamless handover and coordination with the central IT team for industrialization of successful AI projects. This portfolio will be fully aligned with the other divisions of the Group to ensure consistency and synergy in AI innovation efforts.

Your challenges:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Project Portfolio with a focus on operations/business efficiency: monitor and evaluate AI portfolio and project performance, set up risk management (assessment and mitigation actions)

Manage Portfolio Data: Ensure data quality and consistency of the DI Portfolio, deliver and optimize reporting.

Connect with Business Domains especially through the Methods & Tools network to collect, assess, identify AH or cross-divisional synergies and assist to arbitrate incoming opportunities. 

Coordinate with IM : At early stage, liaise with Enterprise Architects to share and align architecture approaches. Ensure smooth transition of successful AI projects (framing, Proof of Concept or Proof of Value) to the IT PSLs team for industrialization.

Ensure Group-Level Alignment: Collaborate with the other divisions to align the AI innovation portfolio, identify and deploy synergies and collaborate to set up broader group-level initiatives.

Participate in Communication and Continuous Improvement: Ensure EI and DI processes and standards are well-understood (such as H-Data, IM Quality Gates, LBIP+, Digital Innovation process…), followed, and optimized.
