Identify Use Cases: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases that can drive operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and improve overall performanceLead Interface: Act as the primary liaison between AI tool developers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment of goals and expectationsProject Management: Oversee the implementation of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budgetTechnical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on AI-related matters, including data analysis, model analysis, model development, and deploymentTraining & Development: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill internal teams on AI tools and technologiesPerformance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPI's to monitor the performance and impact of AI initiatives, and report findings to senior managementInnovation & Strategy: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, and develop strategies to integrate them into company operations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's Degree is preferred)3+ years of relevant experience Proven experience in AI integration and project managementStrong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analyticsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentExperience in the engineer consulting industry is a plusAdditional Benefits Included
