The Commercial PC business is a high-growth, fast paced business with an innovation and customer-centered mindset delivering solutions for our enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers. Within the Commercial PC Business is the AI SW Ecosystem and Services Enablement team – building out new AI SW ISV partnerships to drive adoption of AI PCs, working with HP Solutions to design the best HW for circularity and services growth, and driving thought leadership around the Future of Work.
The AI ISV Developer Program Manager is a high-impact role driving the strategy and execution of HP’s AI SW developer program to scale adoption of local inferencing on the AI PC. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to develop tools, training, communication strategies, and driving HP preference with the silicon vendors in their developer programs, driving HP participation in developer programs with small and medium ISVs as well as universities and startup accelerators. This role will also have responsibility for the Intel, AMD, Qualcomm ISV strategies and execution plans and be the primary interface for the Commercial business, through identifying high-potential ISVs that could be candidates for deeper engagement with HP differentiation through technical capabilities or GTM business models. The role requires strong influencing skills and ability to work in a complex, fast moving environment. New partnerships could be both horizontal persona-based and functional use cases as well as vertical applications. This is a critical role and will be a recognized leader for the AI SW developer program, both internal and external to HP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define vision, requirements, metrics, gaps, and build virtual team to launch and scale the developer program
• Influence silicon partners on their ISV strategy and developer program
• Present to senior leadership, communicate cross-functionally to ensure alignment
• Primary contact to silicon vendors for ISVs and drive strategy based on persona and use cases
• Manage the developer portal and ensures market leading developer experience
• Manage developer program budget.
• Define silicon partner QBW content related to ISVs
• Evaluate new GTM and business/partnership models
• Work jointly with silicon partners on targeting and benchmarking
• Build business plans and milestones, and program manage to execution
• Work with ecosystem partners and internal teams on short, medium, and long-term differentiation roadmaps for the Commercial business
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in the computer/technology industry, including roles in solutions architecture, software development, consulting, business development/sales engineering, product management, and management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to continuously innovate and stay ahead of market demands
• Strong partnering skills, including establishing relationships with new ISVs
• AI software development expertise and PC hardware knowledge
• Strong customer and partner communication skills, as well as the ability to influence CxO level and executive AI teams
• Exceptional customer centric skills, understanding of use cases
• Excellent program management and planning and organization skills
• Strong business acumen leveraging best practices with the ability to map technology capabilities to strategic business drivers
• Provides subject matter expertise and consults to our ISVs and customers establishing HP as a leader
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to build credibility and distinction with external partners and customers, stakeholders and HP colleagues

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is 136,850.00 - 198,450.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity.
