What will you do?

 

At GFT, you will be working on designing and implementing state-of-the-art modern data processing systems for some of the biggest and most technologically advanced companies in the financial, IoT and retail sector. Often working directly with stakeholder and up to C-Level client representatives, our architects are experts in top-level system design and project scoping. You will also be involved in pre-sales support and technological research, providing directions for our tech community in Poland and representing GFT in the larger tech community.

 

 

Your tasks

 

GenAI POC architecture, integrations, and solution design Design data processing architectures, data models, and pipelines Design scalable GenAI POC solutions, agentic integrations, ensuring compliance and integrating diverse systems Project tech leadership for POCs, design and develop AI prototype, leading AI experimentation   Manage GenAI POC projects, aligning business and tech needs, AI Agents, applying different AI domains (ML, DS, Gen AI) Support Azure/data solutions, migrations, and governance strategies Master Data Management strategies: design, discussion, optimization Planning and execution of migration of databases and data warehouses to Azure or cloud-agnostic modern warehouses Provide technical guidance in the Data / Azure space and pre-sales support to clients and internal teams Cooperating with client's architects and senior technical management as a SME Provide a “track record” to credentialize GFT as a data-savvy organization

 

 

Your skills

 

Experience in designing and building software solutions using modern architectures and technologies Proficiency in utilizing Azure AI services, with a strong understanding of common challenges encountered in real-world implementations Hands-on experience with Generative AI Frameworks and Tools as OpenAI Python SDK, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and Microsoft Guidance with examples of projects successfully delivered using RAG, especially within Azure environments Data Mesh Architecture - familiarity with decentralized data architecture principles and best practices API Orchestration – proficiency in designing and implementing API strategies to enable smooth data flow and integration Solid knowledge of Data Governance aspects (Data Catalogs, Data Lineage, Master Data Management etc.) Proficiency in Python Strong understanding of LLMs and their applications Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI Life Cycle (AILC)

 

 

Nice to have

 

Client-Facing Expertise – demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing insights, guidance, and thought leadership Prior Consulting Experience – as background in consulting, ideally in technology or AI/ML, with proven success in client advisory roles Solid Python / Java hands-on programming skills Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
