AI Lifecycle Management Specialist – Clinical Imaging Software Suite
Your role:
Join a high-performing team within the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) Software R&D group in Philips Israel. In this role, you will focus on bringing cutting-edge AI algorithms, as integral parts of medical software applications, to market in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. You will oversee the lifecycle management of AI models, ensuring their deployment, product integration, maintenance, and updates in real-world clinical environments.
Your Role:
AI Lifecycle Management: Lead the lifecycle management of AI algorithms, including deployment, product integration, monitoring, field updates, and retraining, ensuring they meet safety, efficacy, and quality standards throughout their lifecycle.Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure all AI models and associated workflows comply with medical regulatory frameworks (FDA, MDR, ISO 13485) and quality standards, including robust documentation for audits and reviews.Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, clinical experts, and regulatory and quality specialists to integrate AI algorithms into medical software products and refine them based on clinical feedback. Collaboration with service teams for monitoring purposes is also highly valued.Deployment & Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of AI models in production environments, ensuring their performance aligns with real-world clinical needs. Manage post-deployment monitoring and updates to maintain reliability and accuracy.AI Development Oversight: While not necessarily hands-on, provide technical guidance and expertise in AI model development, including architecture, data collection, and ethical considerations.Ethical & Practical Considerations: Address biases, ensure patient privacy (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and deliver equitable AI solutions in healthcare.
