What this position entails

IntelliScript’s Information Technology has been a key part of our success and is critical to our future. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge architectures and advancing our ML infrastructure. We are looking for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of machine learning technology and thrives working within an innovative environment.

What you will be doing

Develop and implement applications on generative large language models Design end-to-end machine learning architectures that align with business objectives Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring Modernize the approach to model storage and versioning Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability Experience building data pipelines to feed ML models Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new product offerings Stay abreast of developments in AI and machine learning fields and suggest implementations of new technologies Design and develop APIs for AI model interaction Document architecture, design decisions, and processes using tools such as Jira and Confluence

What we need

10+ years of relevant experience developing high quality software 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML development Strong programming experience in Python and R In-depth knowledge of database systems Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure) Strong knowledge of MLOps principles Ability to ramp up quickly on both new and existing technologies Excellent collaborative skills, with strong written and verbal communication Self-motivated team player who can run with a project and is willing to pitch in as needed

 Location

The expected application deadline for this job is Friday, February 28, 2025. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI for quarterly PI Planning meetings.

The salary range for this position is $137,000 - $278,000 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a significant performance-based bonus plan, profit sharing, and generous benefits.
