Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned AI/ML lead developer with a passion for innovation and a strong software development background. You'll lead the charge in designing and deploying AI solutions while mentoring a talented team and staying on the pulse of the latest AI advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of AI developers, shaping AI strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop & Deploy: Design, build, and optimize scalable AI models and systems using the latest ML techniques.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Qualifications:
