AI/ML Product Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative products that meet our customers' needs. Products may have enterprise-wide implications. Responsibilities: + Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI/ML initiatives. Align product goals with business objectives and market opportunities. + Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure alignment with business goals. Act as the primary point of contact for AI/ML product-related inquiries. + Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical background to understand and communicate complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide guidance on technical feasibility and implementation. + Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. + Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the success of AI/ML initiatives. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement. + Leads product management activities for multiple products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact. Participates in the design and continuous improvement of AI/ML technical solutions. + Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary. + Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. + Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. + Participates in the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. + Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. + Minimum of five years related business experience, with at least three years of technical project management experience. + Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the AI/ML domain. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
