We are in search of a highly experienced and talented AI Prediction Algorithm Expert to join our team, focusing on the large-scale production of mapless autonomous driving solutions. As a core member of the team, you will be involved in designing AI algorithms and models, creating datasets, developing preprocessing and postprocessing workflows, and contributing to the overall design of the PnC software architecture. Your contributions will be essential in advancing the commercialization of Bosch's high-level autonomous driving technologies.
Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
Responsible for the R&D of trajectory/intention prediction AI models for traffic participants (vehicles, pedestrians, etc.).Responsible for the implementation, training, tuning, and iterative optimization of AI prediction models.Closely collaborate with the deployment team to assist with embedding AI prediction models on real vehicle platforms.Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI technologies and explore their feasibility for application in autonomous driving prediction.QualificationsJob Requirements:
A Master’s or PhD from a prestigious domestic or international university in fields such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, or other relevant disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.Strong programming skills, with proficiency in C++ and Python, and hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow; a solid understanding of common data structures is required.A robust theoretical foundation in AI, with substantial research or engineering experience in at least two of the following areas: CNN, RNN/GRU/LSTM, Transformer, GNN, Diffusion, Imitative Learning, Reinforcement Learning, etc.A genuine passion for the autonomous driving industry, along with strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.Experience with R&D in autonomous driving, particularly in map-free or light-map trajectory prediction.Nice to have: Publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals (e.g., CVPR, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
