Job Summary:
As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the bank with the management and implementation of AI use cases. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various business units to gather and analyze information on current processes and identify opportunities for AI integration. Assist in the identification and documentation of areas where AI can streamline and enhance business operations. Draft detailed acceptance criteria for AI projects and ensure solutions meet these requirements. Participate in testing of AI solutions, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs and project goals. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and efficient use of AI technologies. Monitor and report on usage, accuracy, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AI implementations. Stay updated on AI trends and emerging technologies to continuously bring innovative ideas to the team. Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and technologies.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with business units and documentation of project requirements. Basic understanding of AI and its applications in business settings is a plus. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
