The AI Program Leader is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and value realization of AI use cases across commercial sales and marketing teams. The AI Program Leader will play a critical role in driving the adoption and success of our AI initiatives. With a deep understanding of our business operations and a strong ability to navigate the organization, this person will be a change agent, building relationships and driving value throughout the company. The AI Program Leader will work closely with the Commercial AI leadership team and the AI Commercial Business Leader to ensure AI use cases are effectively deployed and deliver incremental revenue for the business. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Demand Generation and is part of the Global Marketing and Product Management Department l ocated in San Jose, California and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + AI Strategy and Leadership - Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance sales and marketing performance within the organization and act as the primary liaison between Molecular Devices and the Central AI Leadership team. + Execution and Collaboration - Oversee the integration of AI into sales and marketing functions, including: content personalization, market insights, marketing optimization, customer engagement, sales enablement, and revenue growth. + Impact and Measurement - Monitor, analyze, and report on the impact of AI initiatives with actionable insights, focusing on key performance indicators like incremental revenue and customer engagement. + Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Identify and prioritize new AI use cases to optimize campaigns, enhance lead generation, and personalize customer experiences, while leveraging AI to accelerate the sales pipeline through predictive insights that enable better segmentation and targeted strategies. + Change Management and Culture Building - Champion a culture of innovation by fostering data-driven decision-making and AI adoption across teams, while leading change management efforts to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field with a strong emphasis on strategic and analytical thinking. + 10+ years of combined experience in commercial sales, marketing, or digital roles, with exposure to AI/ML or data-driven initiatives. + Proven experience managing and implementing AI/ML or data science projects in a commercial environment. + Proficiency with data management platforms, AI/ML technologies, and marketing technology systems (e.g., CDPs, CRMs, MAPs). + Industry experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within life sciences, technology, or similar sectors. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
