AI Project Manager - 12 months contract

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager/ Scrum Master with a solid technical background to lead and manage our project teams. The ideal candidate will not only ensure the smooth execution of Agile methodologies but also handle key coordination, documentation, and communication tasks. If you have 6–9 years of experience, preferably in AI/ML, and are adept at using project management and collaboration tools, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: 

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks that hinder project progress. Coach team members on Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. Maintain and update project documentation, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics. Prepare business documents for clients, team and other stakeholders.  Track project progress and ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks. Manage stakeholder relationships, including regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
