As the Risk Manager within the Data, Analytics and Foundational Platform team (DAFP), you will be at the forefront of innovation, helping to move cutting-edge technology solutions forward and ensuring they are implemented responsibly and effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to digital product, analytics, and data science teams for product/ pilot approvals and ad-hoc issues, working with SMEs across legal, compliance, data protection and security, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Help lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of governance frameworks for AI and analytics within Wealth Management Americas, aligning with the bank’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements:
o Organize and oversee the AI and analytics governance and data ethics reviews for WMA.
o Represent WMA as needed in group AI strategy discussions, focusing on responsible AI practices and help document/ track AI implementations
• Work with product area owners to track risks and issues within the Data Analytics & Foundational Platforms team and report/ escalate to senior management as appropriate.
• Lead routine risk-related activities, working with area product leads on items like key controls validation/ affirmation, internal audit inquiries, etc.
• Potential opportunity for deeper involvement in AI initiative management over time

• New York: the salary range for this role is $157000 to $205000
