The AI Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and strategic direction of GA’s AI solutions portfolio. This role provides leadership and directs all phases of planning, design, development, implementation, and support of strategic applications and technical business solutions. In particular, the role involves facilitating the development and deployment of AI solutions that will improve internal business processes, conducting discovery sessions, and developing roadmaps for pilots and production solutions at scale. This position requires close collaboration with business and ITS stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- AI Solutions Portfolio Management:
+ Manage the portfolio of deployed AI solutions and the backlog of use cases.
+ Act as the Scrum of Scrums master, orchestrating all AI solution developments.
+ Oversee the lifecycle of AI products from ideation to deployment and maintenance acting in a project management role as needed.
+ Develop and maintain metrics on the portfolio.
- Discovery and Value Capture Facilitation:
+ Conduct discovery sessions for new use cases and oversee the intake process.
+ Define problem and opportunity spaces to investigate.
+ Prioritize and evaluate AI requests, estimate and track value.
+ Develop roadmaps for pilots and scaling of new solutions.
+ Synthesize insights across all value streams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
+ Define and track to key performance indicators (KPIs) of AI success (e.g., adoption rate, business value realized).
- Stakeholder Management:
+ Communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with business units.
+ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
+ Foster AI innovation and collaboration within the company’s ecosystem. (e.g. helping to facilitate an enterprise AI community of practice)
- Continuous Improvement:
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI solution development.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and machine learning.
+ Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the AI team.
- Policy and Objective Development:
+ Develop and interpret policies, objectives, budgets, plans, procedures, and schedules for the group.
+ Implement and monitor uniform programs.
+ Ensure the achievement of group objectives.
- Application and Technical Solutions Management:
+ Manage the administration and development of applications and technical solutions to support the business.
+ Analyze and plan for future technology needs while ensuring future requirements of computing and software are met.
+ Develop innovative solutions to complex and diverse management and technical issues.
+ Direct the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of human resources to ensure the availability of the required professional and technical talent.
- Compliance and Confidentiality:
+ Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Ensure all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
+ Ensure work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

**Job Qualifications:**
+ Typically requires education or formal training equivalent to the completion of a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline and thirteen or more years of professional experience in information technology. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
+ A Master’s degree is preferred.
+ Prefer at least seven years in management.
+ Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) is desirable.
+ Proven experience in conducting discovery sessions and facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams.
+ Experience in prioritizing and evaluating ITS use cases, with a track record of delivering value-driven solutions.
+ Experience in stakeholder management and communication at various organizational levels.
Skills and Competencies:
+ Detailed and extensive knowledge in the application of information technology principles, concepts, theory, and practice.
+ Comprehensive project leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines.
+ Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including various models and cloud services, and their applications in a business context.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess feasibility and value of AI initiatives.
+ Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, ServiceNow).
+ Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
+ Must be customer-focused and able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment.
+ Must be able to work extended hours and travel as required.
