You'll work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, design innovative generative AI solutions, and drive the implementation of technical solutions. At the same time, you need to have excellent English communication skills and be able to communicate smoothly with international customers and teams. Job responsibility Customer demand analysis and solution design: Communicate with customers to gain insight into their business needs and pain points, and identify application scenarios for generative AI (e.g. GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Design customized generative AI technology solutions, covering content generation, intelligent customer service, data analysis, creative design and other scenarios. Pre-sales support and customer communication: Assist sales team in technical demonstration, solution explanation and customer questions and answers to enhance customer trust in generative AI solutions. Adapt communication strategies for different customer roles (technical team, business team, management) to clearly communicate technical value and business benefits. Business value mining and quantification: Analyze how generative AI can improve efficiency, reduce costs, or generate new revenue from the customer's business goals. Show customers the return on investment of generative AI through ROI analysis, efficiency improvement metrics, and more. Project delivery support and secondary sales: Work with the delivery team to ensure the smooth implementation of the generative AI solution and provide technical support along the way. Identify potential customer needs during project execution and promote secondary sales or value-added services. Market and Competition analysis: Track the development trend of generative AI technology and market competition dynamics, and provide strategic advice to the company. Explore new application scenarios for generative AI to drive business innovation for our customers. English Communication and International cooperation: Communicate effectively with international customers and teams to ensure that technical solutions are understood and implemented. Participate in English technical documentation, presentations and conference discussions. What we need to see from you Job requirements Technical background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related field. Familiar with generative AI technology (such as GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.) and its application scenarios. Learn about the major AI tools and platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). Industry experience: At least 3-5 years of pre-sales, technical consulting or solution architecture experience in AI, big data or software solutions. Have experience in the implementation of generative AI in specific industries (such as finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, etc.). Business acumen: The ability to design generative AI solutions from customer business pain points and quantify their business value. Market analysis ability to identify potential business opportunities and drive secondary sales. Communication and presentation skills: Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to communicate effectively with senior management, technical team and non-technical staff. Ability to write clear technical solutions, proposals and presentations, and conduct professional customer presentations. Teamwork and Project Management: Able to work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of technical solutions. Project management skills to coordinate resources and drive project delivery on time. Bonus point Hands-on delivery experience with generative AI projects, especially in private deployments or customization scenarios. Be familiar with the ethical and compliance issues of generative AI (e.g. data privacy, copyright issues, etc.).
