Overview:
This position is responsible for helping to lead the development, use, and evolution of the enabling capabilities needed to support our firm's AI ambition, everything from operating models, to portfolio oversight, to collaboration with use case and digital product teams on solution development. This will involve individual contribution, as well as leadership of cross-functional matrixed teams to facilitate engagement and contributions from others.
What You'll Do:The incumbent will serve as a valued thought-leader, trusted partner, influencer, and liaison between business leaders and a complex variety of high-level functional partners to execute the work in alignment with firm priority, balancing innovation and speed to delivery, with compliance to regulations, efficiency, and risks to clients, branches, and the firmThis individual will partner with individuals from Human Capital, Digital, Data, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Firm Change Enablement, and the actions of this position will be felt broadly across the home office and fieldEdward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
