Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Subject Matter Expert to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, methodologies, and applications. This role will involve providing expert guidance on AI initiatives, leading research efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as an authority on AI technologies, trends, and best practices within the organization.
+ Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
+ Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's products and services.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams.
+ Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
+ Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
+ Lead proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI applications.
+ Develop and deliver training programs to enhance AI literacy across the organization.
+ Represent the company at industry conferences and events as an AI thought leader.
+ Stay current with the latest developments in AI and related fields such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
+ Develop research and development proposals on AI applications for the federal government.
**Education/Experience:**
+ B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
+ 3-5 years’ experience with AI implementations
+ Experienced with Cloud and System Engineering
+ Experience in Technical Writing for Policy and Planning Documentation
+ Experience with project roadmaps and planning and tracking multiple, disparate teams
+ Experience authoring and presenting Executive Level documentation and briefs
+ Professional Skills:
+ Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
+ Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
+ Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
+ Must have a deep understanding of cloud migrations, software development lifecycle and cybersecurity requirements for the federal government.
+ Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus.
**Requirement:**
+ Secret Security Clearance required.
