Required Skills:
Provide technical support for AI platforms, tools, and services across development, staging, and production environments. Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues related to infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and model deployment. Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure improvements. Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolution steps. Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
