AI Systems Analyst

Reporting to the Manager of the Automation Center of Excellence, you will work closely with IT vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for these technologies. You have a strong understanding of business processes, IT service management, AI governance, and automation tools. You will be responsible for defining business requirements, optimizing AI-driven workflows, and overseeing the adoption of enterprise AI solutions.

You Will (Position Responsibilities):

Configure, manage, and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise within Conagra’s IT framework.

Define, enforce, and refine AI governance policies, ensuring compliance with data security, legal, and IT standards.

Monitor platform usage, adoption trends, and performance metrics, proactively addressing issues and improvement areas.

Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure AI tools align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and best practices for business users to maximize the value of AI solutions.

Serve as an AI advocate, working with business teams to identify opportunities for AI-powered process improvement.

Provide one-on-one coaching and team enablement sessions, helping employees integrate AI into their workflows.

Gather feedback and continuously improve AI usage strategies based on business needs and employee experiences.

Partner with business units to identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities within workflows.

Assist teams in developing custom prompts, templates, and process enhancements tailored to specific business functions.

Work with IT and analytics teams to measure AI-driven impact and optimize AI-assisted workflows.

Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhanced productivity.

Oversee IT service management processes related to M365 Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise, ensuring issue resolution and system performance.

Act as a liaison between internal business teams and IT outsourcing partners, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Support vendor management, including platform updates, contract/license management, and ongoing vendor collaboration.

Assist with financial planning and forecasting related to AI and automation technology investments.

You Have (Position Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree Required (Computer Science or similar degree desired)

2+ years in Information Technology or relevant experience

Experience with AI governance, automation platforms, and enterprise productivity tools

Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Power Platform)

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar AI-driven productivity tools

Understanding of IT architecture and integration methodologies, with experience working in IT service management (ITSM)

Ability to define project plans and lead IT or business transformation initiatives

Experience working with an outsourced vendor and managing service agreements

Knowledge of SAP and enterprise applications is a plus

Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to travel up to 10% annually

Ability to work hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite in our Chicago office (Tues, Weds & Thurs). Monday and Friday are optional remote days

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$71,300-$104,600

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
