This role is to provide learning and adoption support to empower employees with the knowledge and skills to effectively adopt and utilize workplace technologies and AI. As a part of the Workplace Technology team, you will contribute to the delivering practical, user-focused guidance and training that enhance productivity and collaboration across our global workforce.   The role will report to the Senior Manager, Employee Technology Experience and you will collaborate closely with the Workplace Technology team, including End User engineers and IT Support analysts, as well as Technology partners, Functional teams and Business teams across the organizations.\r\n

Key Responsibilities:\r\nDevelop and maintain user-friendly adoption and learning materials such as guides, videos and presentations\r\nCreate and deliver engaging enterprise learning sessions including live and in person, online and on-demand formats\r\nDesign team specifics workshops and presentations tailored to specific needs\r\nCreate clear and proactive messaging about workplace technologies and AI updates to share across various communications channels\r\nFacilitate interactive sessions such as workshops to encourage proficiency and adoption\r\nSupport Senior Manager by identifying barriers to technology and AI adoption and designing solutions to address them\r\nOffer guidance on best practices for leveraging workplace technologies and AI to improve productivity\r\n\r\n
