Hire IT People, Inc. is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy AI Tools Development Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is dedicated to exploring, learning, and configuring AI-powered tools to enhance our internal processes across Sales, HR, Operations, Marketing, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will initially focus on mastering concepts from leading AI platforms such as Apollo.AI, Kalendar.AI, Dripfy.AI, Perldiver.io, and HubSpot. Following the learning phase, the specialist will be responsible for developing a prototype and a final product tailored to our company's needs, driving efficiency and success in our business operations.
Responsibilities:
Learn and Master AI Tools: Gain in-depth knowledge of AI tools and platforms like Apollo.AI, Kalendar.AI, Dripfy.AI, Perldiver.io, and HubSpot, understanding their core functionalities and how they can be applied to our business.Configuration and Integration: Configure and integrate these AI tools into our existing systems, ensuring seamless operation and maximum efficiency across various departments including Sales, HR, Operations, and Marketing.Prototype Development: Lead the design and development of a prototype that leverages AI capabilities to solve specific business challenges, with a focus on enhancing productivity and effectiveness.Product Development: Transition from prototype to developing a comprehensive, custom AI solution that supports our internal processes, improving decision-making, automating repetitive tasks, and personalizing customer interactions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leads and IT staff to identify needs, gather requirements, and implement AI solutions that align with our business goals.Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and tools, continuously seeking opportunities to apply new solutions to improve our business operations.Documentation and Training: Develop clear documentation for the implemented AI solutions and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing the benefits of AI across the organization.Nice to have: Skills and Technologies:
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java. Experience with Python is particularly valued due to its widespread use in AI and machine learning projects.Machine Learning Frameworks: Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar frameworks to develop and train machine learning models.Natural Language Processing (NLP): Understanding of NLP techniques and tools to process and analyze text data, enhancing communication and content creation capabilities.Data Analysis and Visualization: Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn for analyzing datasets and deriving insights.Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models and applications.APIs and Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and the ability to integrate various AI tools and services into existing systems.Agile Development: Proficiency in agile development methodologies to manage the prototype and product development lifecycle efficiently.Qualifications:
