We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an AI Value Assessment Specialist. This role will play a critical part in developing value-based selling techniques to drive sales growth & deployment of watsonx capabilities across the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a business value approach across the entire IBM engagement model, from client presentations to proposals, showcasing demonstrable and measurable ROI for clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions that address business outcomes and ROI for clientsDeliver a strategy and strategic approach that scales across the Americas geography to empower all sellers with value-selling methodologies and techniquesConduct thorough analysis of client needs and industry trends to identify areas of potential value creationDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of watsonx solutions and their applications in various industriesWork closely with sales teams to educate them on value-based selling techniques and best practicesCollaborate with sales teams to integrate ROI analysis into proposal developmentDevelop and maintain a library of ROI models and case studies to support value-based selling effortsConduct ROI analysis and modeling to demonstrate the business value of watsonx solutionsEngage with stakeholders, including sales teams, product management, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication of value-based selling strategies
