About the Role
To drive adoption and engagement of AIA Vitality and contribution to the overall growth and success of AIA HK.Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement strategies to engage Agency, PD and Corp Vitality Client and drive adoption and engagement of AIA Vitality (40%)Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations and planning for uplift performance (30%)Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance programme feature and improve engagement strategies (10%)Work with internal AIA teams including TDA, Operation, ABDD, BTDD, Product, Marketing, and Agency to ensure strategies and propositions align with organizational distribution, product and financial objectives. (20%)Other Responsibilities (20%)
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirementsMinimum Job Requirements:
University/College graduate plus at least 8 years of relevant experienceThorough knowledge in insurance business environment and insurance productsWith practical experience in sales and marketing, sales agency or brokerage experience is preferableGood public speaking and communication skillsGood networking and relationship building skills and the ability to interact with confidence with different cultures, levels and functions across the business.Excellent command of written and spoken English and ChineseMulti-taskingPositive, passionate, flexible, self-motivated, dynamic, innovative team leaderStrategic, creative and able to think out of the boxExcellent people management skillOthers:
