Requires positive communication and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate self-motivation and flexibility to change duties as needed. Must be highly organized, efficient, multifunctional with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. Computer experience helpful. Staff must work 4 hours minimum at any one instance, but can work up to 12 hours on one shift.
